How do I determine the right size for my dress?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Since sizing can vary between brands, we highly recommend taking your bust, waist, and hip measurements and comparing them to our specific Ever-Pretty guide before ordering.
What is your return policy for formal wear?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.
How long does shipping take and do you offer tracking?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placement. After this window, we may be unable to modify the order as it has likely moved to the fulfillment stage.

Are the colors of the dresses accurate to the photos?
